摘 要:介绍了传统转炉炉衬综合砌筑主要存在的问题,重点对熔池圆弧过渡、炉帽、底吹透气砖、炉底砖厚度设计进行了分析。通过对新型转炉炉衬综合砌筑的优化研究,对熔池圆弧过渡、炉帽、底吹透气砖、炉底砖厚度进行进一步优化,保证了转炉炉帽、圆弧过渡、透气砖、炉底等区域均衡侵蚀,实现转炉炉型的良好控制,提高了转炉各部位耐侵蚀的能力,降低了吨钢耐材消耗,保证了复吹冶金效果。This paper introduces the main problems existing in the comprehensive masonry of the traditional converter furnace lining, focusing on the analysis of the arc transition of the molten pool, the furnace cap, the bottom blowing air permeable brick and the thickness of the bottom brick. Through the research of the comprehensive masonry of the new converter lining, the optimization of thickness of the arc transition of the molten pool, the furnace cap, the bottom blowing air permeable brick and the thickness of the bottom brick are carried out, which ensures the balanced erosion of the converter cap, the arc transition, the air permeable brick, the bottom of the furnace and so on, realizes the good control of the converter type, improves the ability of corrosion resistance of the converter parts, reduces the consumption of refractory per ton, and ensures the metallurgical effect of the complex blowing.
