摘  要:针对宣钢1号高炉(2 500 m^3)冷却壁侵蚀严重的问题已经威胁到安全生产。2017年12月18日高炉休风对受损冷却壁采用钻孔安装柱形铜冷却柱的方法进行了维护处理,并在复风后调整高炉操作制度,通过优化上、下部制度,强化过程参数控制、加强外围协调组织等措施,取得了良好的效果,同时又实现了炉况长期稳定顺行和技术经济指标的提升。Aiming at the serious erosion problem of cooling stave in No.1 blast furnace(2500 m-3) of Xuansteel, the safety production has been threatened. In December 18, 2017, the blowing-down of the blast furnace on the damaged cooling wall was maintained by the method of drilling and installing the cylindrical copper cooling column, and the operation system of the blast furnace was adjusted after the rewind. By optimizing the upper and lower part of the system, strengthening the process parameters control andthe peripheral coordination organization, good results have been achieved, at the same time, the results have been achieved. The furnace condition is stable for a long time and the technical and economic indexes are improved.
