白藓雄配子体形成及花器腺点解剖学特征观察

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片法、TTC法,对白藓的花器特征、雄配子体形成过程、花部腺点显微特征及花粉活力进行了研究。结果表明:白藓花序为总状花序,每花包含10枚雄蕊,长度不一致,每一雄蕊包括4个花粉囊。减数分裂胞质分裂属同时型,小孢子四分体为四面体型,成熟的花粉粒为2-细胞型,花粉活力偏低。花器腺点的头部具有分泌功能。Through observation,paraffin section method and TTC method were used to study the microscopic characteristics of floral organ,formation process of male gametophyte,flower glandular spot and pollen vitality of Dictamnus dasycarpus.The results showed that the inflorescence of Dictamnus dasycarpus was a raceme,with 10 stamens per flower,and the length was not consistent,and each stamen included 4 pollen sacs.The cytokinesis of meiosis belonged to simultaneous type,and the tetrad of the microspores was the four-sided shape,and the mature pollen belonged to the 2-cell type,and the pollen viability was low.The head region of the flower glandular spot had secretory function.
