摘 要:以实验室设计的0.8%Mn-0.041%Ti中钛微合金钢为研究对象,开展不同控轧控冷工艺参数下热模拟试验研究,分析了加热温度、精轧变形量、冷却速度和终轧温度等对Ti微合金化试验钢组织和性能的影响。提出了一套合适的工艺方案:精轧总变形量应大于60%,终轧温度控制在(850±10)℃,冷却速度控制在10~20℃/s,卷取温度控制在(600±10)℃时,试验钢能够获得优良的组织与性能。并通过试验验证了终轧温度对试验钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当终轧温度为850℃时,该试验钢的屈服强度为491 MPa,抗拉强度为625 MPa,断后伸长率为33.6%,平均晶粒尺寸为10.34μm,组织比较均匀。试验钢在满足力学性能条件下能最大限度地降低成本,对改进现场控轧控冷工艺具有重要的意义。Taking 0.8%Mn-0.041%Ti medium-titanium microalloyed steel as research object,the thermal simulation experiment under different TMCP( thermo-mechanical control process) parameters was carried out,and the influence of heating temperature,finishing deformation amount,cooling rate and final rolling temperature on the microstructures and properties of Ti-microalloyed steel was analyzed. So a set of suitable process was put forwarded: the total finishing deformation amount should be greater than 60%,the final rolling temperature is controlled in( 850 ±10) ℃,the cooling rate is controlled in 10-20 ℃/s,and the coiling temperature is controlled in( 600 ± 10) ℃,thus the test steel could obtain excellent microstructure and properties. At the same time,the influence of the final rolling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel was verified through rolling experiments. The results showed that when the finish rolling temperature was 850 ℃,the test steel exhibited yield strength of 491 MPa,tensile strength of625 MPa,elongation of 33. 6%,the average grain size of 10. 34 μm,the grains being more uniform. Under the condition that mechanical properties of the tested steel conforms with the requirements its cost can be minimized,which is of great significance to the improvement of the field TMCP process.
