摘  要:将攀枝花钛精矿在900℃氧化60 min后,配上过量的石墨粉,并加入不同种类的添加剂在高温下氩气气氛中进行固相还原。结果表明,添加剂能够提高还原产物的金属化率,硼砂的作用效果最好;2%(质量分数,下同)硼砂与氧化矿、石墨粉在1 100℃处理120 min后,金属化率达到了94.58%;加入2%硼砂的氧化矿的固相还原动力学曲线表明,在1 000~1 150℃还原反应初期的反应速率主要由固体界面化学反应速率控制。Panzhihua titanium concentrate which oxidized at 900 ℃ for 60 min,coupled with excessive amount of graphite powder and different kinds of additives was reduced at high temperature in argon atmosphere. The results showed that the additives could improve percent of metallization of the reduction products,and the borax was the best one. After 2%( by mass,the same below) borax,oxidized ore and graphite powder were treated at 1 100 ℃ for 120 min,percent of metallization of the reduced products reached 94. 58%. The solidification kinetics curve of the 2% borax and oxidized ore showed that the reduction rate at the initial stage of reduction at 1 000 ℃ to 1 150 ℃ was mainly controlled by interfacial chemical reaction rate.
