科技创新引领供给侧结构性改革——以镇江市为例

摘　　要：供给侧结构性改革是经济新常态下的发展需要。供给侧结构性改革的内涵明确了产业结构优化升级的要求。科技创新是实现该目标重要的驱动力量。从供给侧结构性改革的视角观察,镇江市产业发展处于转型升级的关键时期。因此,政府应加大科技投入,增强企业自主创新能力,激发创新要素活力,以科技创新引领供给侧结构性改革,实现产业结构优化升级。Supply-side structural reform is the development need in the new normal economy.Supplyside structural reform is the requirement of promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Science and technology innovation is an important driving force to achieve this goal.From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,Zhenjiang industrial development is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading.It is suggested that the government should invest more in science and technology,strengthen the capacity of independent innovation of enterprises,stimulate the vitality of innovation elements,and lead the supply-side structural reform with science and technology innovation,in order to realize industrial structure optimization and upgrading.
