摘  要:企业轨道运输停运改造安装轨道衡的工期时限非常有限,对正在使用的或使用频繁的轨道,如企业进出厂物料运输轨道,钢铁厂的铁水、钢水运送轨道等,无法进行改造、安装。一种无需对轨道基础进行重大改造,可简捷安装的直接测量式轨道称重检测装置,是企业内部轨道运输物资计量的需求,无秤台连轨式轨道衡直接测量式轨道称重检测装置(方法),放弃了原有轨道衡设计的思路,在满足现场工况的前提下,将称量轨直接安装于称重传感器上,不需土建基础,实现结构简单轻便、安装简便、维护方便的目的,可在短的时间内完成安装调试过程。缩短安装施工周期,提高生产效率。The time limit for the construction and installation of rail tracks for the suspension and transformation of enterprise rail transit is very limited.For those tracks that are in use or are frequently used,such as the transportation of materials into and out of the factory,the iron and steel transportation tracks of steel mills,etc.,cannot be reconstructed and installed.A direct measuring rail weighing and testing device that can be installed simply and easily without major changes in the orbital foundation is required for the measurement of internal rail transport materials in enterprises,and a direct measuring and weighing rail weighing and weighing device(method) is not used for weighing platforms and continuous rails.Abandoned the idea of the original track balance design,and under the premise of satisfying the working conditions on the site,the weighing rail was directly installed on the weighing load cell,without the need for a civil foundation,so as to achieve the purpose of simple and light structure,simple installation,and convenient maintenance.The installation and debugging process can be completed in a short period of time.Shorten installation and construction period,improve production efficiency.
