摘　　要：本文结合韶钢六米焦煤塔秤课题攻关,分析焦化煤塔秤计量精度下降,运行稳定性降低的成因,并提供具体问题解决方案;再通过对设备改造前后设备使用状态对比论证设备改造效果,阐述焦化煤塔秤安装调试和使用过程中,实现其设备运行稳定性和计量数据准确度的具体措施和方法。This paper analyzes the causes of the decrease of measuring precision and operation stability of coke coal tower scales,and provides some solutions to the problems.Then,through the equipment before and after the equipment reconstruction equipment performance comparison demonstrated the equipment reconstruction effect,described the coking coal tower scale installation commissioning and use of the process,to achieve the equipment operation stability and measurement data accuracy of specific measures and methods.
