摘 要:针对边角煤短壁机械化连采工作面在不稳定顶板条件下巷道运输系统的特殊性问题,在现有技术和设备的基础上,分析制定了不同的衔接连续运输系统的设备选用方案,通过分析比较巷道及其应用设备的关键技术参数,完善并最终确定了最优方案。实践证明该方案成功地解决了连续运输系统与主皮带的各个掘进时段的搭接难题,并很好地适应了巷道断面要求。研究成果对于短壁连采工艺在不同地质条件下的推广应用有一定的指导意义。In this paper, aiming at particularity of the roadway transportation system under the unstable roof conditions for continuous mining face of short-wall mechanization of boundary coal, based on existing technologies and equipment, the authors analyzed and formulated equipment selection schemes for different connection continuous transportation systems. Through analyzing and comparing roadway and key technical parameters of its application equipment, the authors improved and finally determined the optimal solution. Practice has proved that this solution successfully solved the problem of overlapping of continuous transportation system with all advance period of main belts, which was primely adapted to the requirements of roadway section. This research results have certain guiding significance for the promotion and application of short-wall continuous mining technology under different geological conditions.
