接触网作业车液压系统大修研究

摘　　要：为了恢复接触网检修作业车的基本性能、保证铁路接触网检修作业的需要、提高接触网检修作业车的使用效率,应按规定的大修周期对接触网作业车液压系统进行大修。介绍了液压系统的组成及各部分的作用,阐述了液压系统大修的基本要求,分别详细讨论了液压泵、液压油缸、液压阀、液压系统管路、液压油箱检修以及液压系统检修后运行调试的具体要求,指出接触网作业车是多种设备的综合体,只有全面地做好接触网作业车的大修工作,才能充分发挥它的作用,为电气化铁路更好地服务。In order to restore basic performance of overhaul operation vehicle of overhead lines, ensure needs for the maintenance operation of the railway overhead lines and improve the serve efficiency of overhaul operation vehicle, the hydraulic system of operation vehicle of overhead lines shall be overhauled according to the specified overhaul period. In this paper,the authors introduced composition of the hydraulic system and the functions of each part, and expounded basic requirements for overhaul of hydraulic system. Then, the authors respectively and detailedly discussed the specific requirements of hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder, hydraulic valve, piping of hydraulic system, overhaul of hydraulic tank and operation and debugging of the hydraulic system after maintenance. The authors pointed out that operation vehicle of overhead lines is a complex of multiple devices. Only overhaul of operation vehicle of overhead lines is fully performed, can it fully play its role and serve electrified railways better.
