摘 要:目的探讨乌司他丁对大鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用的作用机制。方法 30只大鼠随机分为对照组、致伤组、预防组。在造模4 h后处死大鼠,测定髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活力,并检测细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)在肺组织的表达。结果与对照组比较,致伤组中MPO活力显著增高(P<0.05),预防组中MPO的活力与致伤组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组大鼠肺组织中ICAM-1、TNF-α、IL-1β仅见在少数血管内皮少量表达,致伤组较对照组则表达明显增多,预防组较致伤组表达明显减少。结论乌司他丁对大鼠急性肺损伤具有明显的预防作用。Objective To investigate the preventive effects of ulinastatin(UTI) on acute lung injury in rats,and to explore its action mechanism. Methods Thirty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,oleic acid injury group,UTI prevention group. At 4 hours after model establishment,the levels of MPO,ICAM-1,TNF-α and IL-1β in lung tissues were detected and compared among the three groups. Results As compared with that in control group,the MPO activity in inoleic acid injury group was significantly increased(P〈 0. 05),moreover,which in UTI prevention group was significantly lower than that in inoleic acid injury group(P〈 0. 05). As compared with those in control group,the expression levels of ICAM-1,TNF-α,IL-1β in oleic acid injury group were significantly increased,however,which were significantly decreased in UTI prevention group(P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The ulinastatin has obvious preventive effects on acute lung injury in rats.
