精神科男护士的心理健康状况原因及对策

摘　　要：目的了解精神科男护士的身心健康水平及普遍存在的心理健康问题。方法选取精神科男护士90名,通过回忆1年内生活事件,并填写生活事件量表(LES)问卷调查,综合分析精神科男护士的心理健康水平及问题。结果 81%的精神科男护士的LES评分超过32分,其中得高分的问题62%集中在工作学习中;精神科男护士主要存在紧张失眠、焦虑烦躁、自卑等心理问题。结论精神科男护士的身心健康应引起大家关注,同时男护士们应提高健康自我管理能力。Objective To understand the physical and mental health levels of male nurses in department of psychiatry and the prevailing mental health problems. Methods A total of 90 male nurses in department of psychiatry were enrolled in the study. The mental health levels and problems of male nurses were comprehensively analyzed through the recall of life events within one year and the＂Life Events Scale＂（LES） questionnaire survey. Results The LES scores in 81% male nurses were more than 32 points,62% of whom had high scores,which were concentrated in work-learning problems,moreover,these male nurses had mian problems including insomnia,anxiety,irritability and inferiority. Conclusion The physical and mental health problems of male psychiatric nurses should be paid much attention to by everyone,at the same time,male nurses should improve their health self-management abilities.
