摘 要:在本研究中,首次合成磁性纳米材料Fe_3O_4@DAPF,将其作为吸附剂对水样中的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯进行磁固相微萃取,通过对影响萃取效率的各个因素(吸附剂用量、酸碱度、离子强度、解吸剂种类、解吸剂用量和解吸时间等)进行优化,建立了一种良好的磁固相微萃取结合气相色谱法测定水样中的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯。在最佳条件下,此方法的检测限为2.2ng·m L^(-1);实际样的加标回收率在87.39%~96.24%之间,相对标准偏差为2.25%。In this study,the magnetic nanomaterials Fe3O4@ DAPF were synthesized for the first time and used as adsorbents for magnetic solid phase micro extraction( SPME) of dioxy( 2-ethylhexyl) phthalate in water samples. A good magnetic solid ph-asemicroextraction( MSPME) combined with gas chromatography was established for determination of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate in water samples by optimization of p H,ionic strength,kinds of desorption agents,amount of desorption agents and desorptiontime. Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit of this method is 2. 2 ng · m L-1,the recoveries of the actual samples are between 87. 39% 96. 24%,and the relative sta-ndard deviation is 2. 25%.
