摘  要:简述无黏结预应力钢绞线的生产工艺和产品规格;设计新型护套拉伸性能的试验方法,对试样的制备、拉伸试验以及结果计算进行研究;开展无黏结预应力钢绞线护套配比的试验研究,得到聚乙烯护套拉伸屈服应力和拉伸断裂标称应变的变化范围,所研制护套的综合性能达到JG/T 161—2016要求,满足大部分工程的需要。Brief description of production process and specifications of unbonded prestressed steel strand. A new test method for the tensile properties of the new sheath is designed. The preparation,tensile test and calculation of the results are studied. The experimental study on the proportion of unbonded prestressed steel strand sheath was carried out,and the variation range of tensile yield stress and tensile fracture nominal strain of polyethylene sheath was obtained. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the developed jacket have reached the requirements of JG/T 161—2016,meeting the needs of most projects.
