摘　　要：中国经济发展已进入"创新驱动"阶段,陕西如何更好地适应经济发展新常态,关键在于形成具有陕西特色的创新驱动发展体系。文章通过构建包括3大类指标(富裕陕西,和谐陕西,美丽陕西)、7个一级指标,55个二级指标的陕西创新驱动发展评价指标体系,并运用主成分实证分析了陕西2010—2015年的发展情况。结果表明:陕西创新驱动发展水平呈向好趋势,尤其自2013年起,这种趋势更加显著。同时,陕西创新潜能有待进一步释放,陕西创新驱动发展中的关键指标有待进一步挖掘。China＇s economic development has entered the stage of innovation driven. It is particularly critical to form an innovation driven development system with Shaanxi characteristics to better adapt to the new normal of economic development. In this paper,the evaluation index system of Shaanxi innovation driven development includes the 3 major categories of indexes（rich Shaanxi,harmonious Shaanxi,and beautiful Shaanxi）,the 7 one-level indexes and the 55 two-level indexes,and principal component analysis method is used to analyze the development situation of Shaanxi 2010—2015. The results show that the level of innovation driven development in Shaanxi is in a good trend which is more significant especially since 2013. Meanwhile,Shaanxi＇s potential for innovation needs further release. Key indicators are further identified. On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
