民办高校图书馆服务体系构建研究——以四川工商学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：图书馆服务是一项系统工程,科学的服务体系有利于提高图书馆管理水平与服务质量。四川工商学院图书馆在《普通高等学校图书馆规程》指导下,根据服务实践构建起了科学的服务体系,不仅提高了科学管理水平也提高了办馆效益。文章就图书馆科学服务体系的构建和内容作一个梳理,以期给同类高校图书馆构建服务体系提供一些助益。As a systematic project,the scientific service system is helpful to improve the management level and the service quality of libraries guided by the book of Ordinary University Library Rules,the library of Sichuan Technology and Business University has established a scientific service system based on its service practice,which not only improves the scientific management level,but also improves the efficiency of office administration.This paper reviews the construction and content of the library science service system in order to provide some reference to the construction of service system in the same kind of the other libraries.
