萃取+三级活性污泥法处理酚醛树脂废水实例

摘　　要：文章针对酚醛树脂废水苯酚、甲醛、有机物含量高的水质特征,采用萃取、粉末活性炭-完全混合活性污泥法、完全混合式活性污泥法和推流式活性污泥法组合工艺处理,结果表明通过该工艺处理后出水水质能稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)三级标准的要求,处理效果良好。Aiming at the water quality of phenolic resin wastewater containing highly concentrated phenol,formaldehyde and organic matter,the wastewater has been treated by the combined process,extraction,powdered activated carboncompletely mixed activated sludge process（P-CMAS）,completely mixed activated sludge process（CMAS）,plug-flow actived sludge process（PFAS）.The results show that the effluent water quality reaches the indirect emission standard of＂Emission standard of pollutants for synthetic resin industry＂（GB31572—2015）,and the treatment efficiency is pretty good.
