摘  要:为实现仔鸭鸭绒的高值化利用,以老鸭鸭绒为对照物,借助红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、平板式保暖仪对比研究了肉用仔鸭鸭绒的化学结构、微观形貌、热稳定性和保暖性能。结果表明:仔鸭和老鸭鸭绒主要由C、N、O、S 4种元素组成;老鸭鸭绒中含有明显的巯基特征峰,其结晶度高于仔鸭鸭绒;仔鸭鸭绒绒枝的数量、直径和长度小于老鸭鸭绒;且其绒小枝的直径、长度、三角形节点大小数量以及节点之间的间距,叉状节点的大小数量以及节点之间的间距均小于老鸭鸭绒;仔鸭鸭绒的热稳定性、保暖性较老鸭鸭绒差。In order to achieve high value utilization of ducklings down,compared with duck down,the chemical structure,microscopic morphology,thermal stability and warmth retention of ducklings down were studied by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and flat panel heating apparatus. The results show that the duck down and ducklings down are mainly composed of C,N,O and S. The duck down contains a distinct characteristic peak of mercapto,and the crystallinity is higher than that of ducklings down. The number,the diameter and the length of the duck down branch are smaller than that of the ducklings down. The diameter,the length,the number of triangular node size,the distance between the nodes,the size and number of the nodes,and the distance between the nodes are also larger than that of ducklings down. The thermal stability and warmth of duck down are better than those of ducklings down.
