摘 要:基于静态力学分析的传统设计方法制造的履带行走式液压支架,在复杂围岩环境下适应性差、故障率高。论文通过构建履带行走式液压支架动力学模型,运用拉格朗日法推导出主要部件的动力学微分方程。借助ADAMS软件对顶梁和油缸进行动力学仿真,其动态特性表明,在简谐载荷作用下,履带行走式液压支架的稳定性好,支护性能可靠。其次,降低履带行走式液压支架同围岩顶板间的离层间隙高度,能大幅提高支护质量。The traditional design method based on static mechanical analysis makes the crawler walking type hydraulic support with poor adaptability and high failure rate in complex surrounding rock environment. Paper by building a dynamic model of the crawler walking type hydraulic support, and by applying the method of Lagrange dynamics of the main parts of differential equations is derived.ADAMS software was used to simulate the top beam and oil cylinder dynamics, its dynamic characteristics shows that under the simple harmonic load, the crawler walking type hydraulic support stability is good, supporting reliable performance. Secondly, it can greatly improve the quality of support by reducing the height of the dissociation between the crawler walking type hydraulic support and the surrounding rock roof.
