摘  要:为研究柠檬酸稀土对锦江黄牛瘤胃体外发酵特性的影响,试验选用3只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康锦江黄牛作为瘤胃液供体动物,以柠檬酸稀土为试验材料,采用单因子试验设计,在日粮中添加稀土的水平分别为0、200、400、600、800、1000、1200 mg/kg,体外培养24 h后,测定干物质消化率(IVDMD)、产气量、MCP和NH_3-N等发酵相关参数。结果表明:(1)添加柠檬酸稀土组与对照组之间干物质消化率(IVDMD)、产气量差异均不显著(P>0.05),而且,在稀土添加水平过高时,均有抑制作用;(2)MCP和NH_3-N均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,在800、1000 mg/kg组中,MCP含量分别显著提高了21.05%、21.9%(P<0.05),而与之对应的NH_3-N浓度呈现较低水平,但400 mg/kg组的NH_3-N含量较对照组显著提高了15.17%(P<0.05)。综合而言,适量添加柠檬酸稀土对锦江黄牛的瘤胃发酵具有促进作用,可提高微生物利用NH_3-N合成MCP的能力,但添加稀土水平过高会抑制瘤胃MCP合成。The aim of this study was to test the effect of different addition levels of rare earth citrate on the in vitro fermentation of Jinjiang cattle.This experiment selected 3 installed permanent rumen fistula health Jinjiang cattle as rumen donor animal,with rare earth citrate as experimental material by in vitro culture technique.The addition of rare earth citrate level were 0,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg and 1200 mg/kg.The results showed that after 24 h in vitro culture,test add rare earth citrate group and control group dry matter digestibility(IVDMD),production difference was not significant(P 〉 0.05);and compared with the control group,add rare earth citrate group NH3-N and MCP content first increased and then decreased trend.Group in 800,1000 mg/kg,MCP content significantly increased by 21.05% and 21.9% respectively(P 〈 0.05),and the matching of NH3-N concentrations present low levels,but the NH3-N content of 400 mg/kg group was significantly increased by 15.17% than the control group(P 〈 0.05).In conclusion,the addition of rare earth citrate could promote the rumen fermentation of the Jinjiang cattle,improve the ability of microorganism using NH3-N synthesis of MCP,but excessive rare earth addition level could inhibit the synthesis of rumen MCP.
