摘 要:模具加工是数控加工中的重点内容,但是其工作的难度较大,要求其具有较高的精度,因此需要基于Edge CAM的数控加工技术,应用在实际工作之中。基于这一前提,本文就阐述基于Edge CAM的数控加工技术的特点,分析该项技术的应用方式。通过本文的分析,其目的就是发挥基于Edge CAM的数控加工技术的价值,优化模具加工的质量,以期为工作人员提供参考。Mould processing is the key content of NC machining,but it is difficult and requires high precision.Therefore,it needs the NC machining technology based on EdgeCAM to apply in the actual work.Based on this premise,this paper expounds the characteristics of NC machining technology based on EdgeCAM,and analyzes the application mode of the technology.Through the analysis of this article,the purpose is to give full play to the value of Edge CAM based NC machining technology and optimize the quality of mould processing,so as to provide reference for the staff.
