摘 要:使用双螺杆挤出机制备不同配比的ABS/PMMA合金,考察了ABS/PMMA合金的力学性能,并通过维卡软化温度和溶体流动速率考察了ABS/PMMA合金的加工性能。结果表明:一定范围内随着ABS占比增加,ABS/PMMA合金的韧性及冲击强度增加、拉伸和弯曲强度下降、加工性能提高,ABS最优占比为20%。ABS/PMMA alloy with different proportions was prepared by the twin screw extruder.The mechanical properties of ABS/PMMA alloy were investigated,and the processability of ABS/PMMA alloy was investigated by Vicat softening temperature and melt mass-flow rate.The results showed that with the increase of ABS ratio in a certain range,the toughness and impact strength of ABS/PMMA alloy increased,the tensile and bending strength decreased and the processing properties increased,and the optimal ratio of ABS was 20%.
