摘  要:基于H桥级联多电平APF是目前中压领域治理谐波和补偿无功的最佳方案之一,而如何保持直流侧电压平衡的问题却成为其应用在中压场合的一个难点。为此,该文建立了中压级联APF的数学模型和详细推导了他的波动过程,并提出了一种分层控制电压均衡的新方法。上层稳压控制通过结合改进的ip-iq算法,并根据自适应PI参数实时地调节有功电流指令,进而稳定输出各相总电压的平衡;下层均压控制则在主调制波基础上补偿一个基于标幺化电流的调制波微调量,从而实现每相各单元电压均衡。同时该装置不仅提高了谐波电流检测精度和响应速度,且较好地实现了APF电流跟踪和无功补偿的目的。最后仿真和实验结果表明该控制方法可有效地应用于中压APF领域。Multiple level APF based on cascaded H-bridge is presently one of the best solutions for suppressing harmonics and compensating reactive current in the medium voltage field. And the issue on how to protect voltage balance of the DC side is a difficult point in the application of medium voltage place. Therefore,in this paper,the mathematical model of medium voltage cascaded APF is set up,its fluctuation process is deducted in detail and a new method on layer control voltage balance is proposed. The upper voltage stabilizing adjusts real time active current command by way of improved ip-iqalgorithm and self-adaptive PI parameters so to output stably the balance of total voltage of each phase. The lower grading control is to compensate variables of modulation wave based on one nominal current on the basis of main modulation wave so to achieve the voltage balance of each unit of each phase. The device improves not only detection accuracy and response speed of harmonic current,but also achieves the purpose of the current tracking and reactive power compensation of APF. Finally,it is shown by the simulation and experimental result that the method can be used effectively in the field of medium voltage APF.
