摘 要:本文选用3种不同团聚形貌的钼粉,采用"粉末冶金+轧制"的方法制备了不同类型斑纹的钼圆片,然后对钼圆片表面进行腐蚀,并对钼粉形貌、烧结制品组织、钼圆片斑纹的腐蚀程度进行了检测,分析加工过程中钼圆片出现白斑(工业上称雪花斑)等缺陷的主要原因。结果表明,雪花斑点为微颗粒的团聚体,该团聚体在后续的烧结、轧制过程中,由于工艺的不合理,导致细晶团聚颗粒没有发生塑性变形,造成钼圆片表面及内部组织不均,直观表现为雪花斑。Thine types of molybdenum powder with different agglomeration morphology were selected, and the molybdenum discs with different patterns were prepared by means of "powder metallm'gy + rolling". Then the surface of the molybdenum wafer was corroded, molybdenum powder morphology, sintering product structure and the corro- sion degree of molybdenum wafer were tested. The main reason of wafer white patches ( industrial snow spots) occured in the manufacturing process was analyzed. The results shows that snowflakes are the aggregates of differential particles. Unreasonable sintering and rolling process leads to no plastic deformation of that fine grain agglomerates, causing non-uniform surface and internal tissue of the molybdenum disc, and the visual expression is snowflake.
