摘  要:为探讨60Co-γ辐射诱变获得的玉米细胞核雄性不育突变体K305ms的生理生化特征,以不育株K305ms及其姊妹交群体中的可育株K305F为材料,对雄花发育不同时期花药和颖壳中的可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行了测定。结果表明,与可育株K305F相比,不育株K305ms雄花发育过程中花药与颖壳的可溶性蛋白含量和游离脯氨酸含量均不同程度降低,且K305ms花药的SOD和CAT活性明显降低,而POD活性显著或极显著升高。说明玉米细胞核雄性不育可能与花药发育过程中物质代谢和抗氧化系统异常有关。In order to understand physiological and biochemical characteristics of the maize genic male sterile mutant K305 ms induced by60 Co-γ irradiation,male sterile mutant K305 ms and fertile plant K305 F from their sister-crossed line were used as materials. The content change of soluble protein,free proline,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) during the anther development stage were detected. The main results were showed as follows: The soluble protein content and free proline content in anther and glume of K305 ms mutant were lower than fertile plant K305 F during anther development stage; Moreover,the activities of SOD and CAT in anther of K305 ms mutant were significant lower than those in K305 F,whereas the POD activity was significant higher. The results indicated that genic male sterility of maize was related to abnormal metabolism of soluble protein and the disordered reactive oxygen scavenging enzyme system(ROS) during the development of anther.
