摘 要:对当前国内外硝胺炸药(RDX、HMX、CL-20等)的降感技术进行了归纳和总结。分别介绍了细化(核生长法和超细粉碎法)、包覆(物理包覆法和化学包覆法)、共晶(溶液合成法和固体合成法)3种降低炸药感度的技术手段。重点介绍了各种方法的特点、研究机理、工艺流程,指出3种方法降低炸药感度的降感效果,提出未来硝胺类炸药向低敏感度、高能量密度、环境友好型、能源化、球形化方向发展的趋势。附参考文献63篇。The present desensitization technologies of nitroamine explosives (such as RDX, HMX and CL 20, etc. ) at holne arid abroad were summarized arid concluded. Three technical methods to reduce the sensitivity of explosives were introduced, including refining (nuclear growth method arid ultrafine grinding method), coating (physical coat ing method and chelnical coating method) , co crystallizing (solution synthesis method and solid synthesis method). The characteristics, research inechanism, process flow of various Inethods were elnphatically introduced. The de sensitization effect of the three methods to reduce the explosive sensitity were pointed out. The future development trend of nitramine explosives moving towards low sensitivity, high energy density,enviromnent friendly, energiza tion and spheroidization direction is put forward with 63 references.
