摘  要:某天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置为常规二级克劳斯硫磺回收装置,目前的硫转化率不超过80%,维持在60%~70%,大量SO2排放入大气中,不满足排放标准要求。通过对各种硫磺回收技术的适用性进行对比分析,揭示出一些硫磺回收技术在该厂改造中的局限性,最终选用了适合该厂的LO-CAT硫磺回收技术。该技术可使硫磺回收率可达99.9%以上,处理后的尾气中H2S含量<10ppm,满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)的要求。The sulfur recovery unit of a natural gas purification plant is a conventional two stage Claus sul fur recovery unit. The present sulfur conversion rate is less than 80%, maintained at 60%-70%.A large amounts of SO2 are discharged into the atmosphere and do not meet the standard emission requirements. By comparing and analyzing the applicability of various sulfur recovery technologies, this paper reveals the limitations of some sulfurrecovery technologies in the plant renovation, and select the LO CAT liquid phase sulfide recovery technology for the plant. This technology can make sulfurrecovery rate reach more than 99.9% , and the content of H2S in tail gas is less than 10ppm, meeting the requirements of ‘Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants’ (GB14554 -1993).
