摘　　要：甲醇精馏装置加压塔再沸器C0405A/B(以下简称C0405)已运行10多年,自2017年3月以来已发生4次内漏,对装置的长周期稳定运行有较大的影响,本文通过原因分析,制定出必要的维护措施,确保装置的长周期稳定运行。The pressure tower reboiler C0405A/B （hereinafter referred to as C0405） in the methanol distil lation unit has been running for more than 10 years. Since March 2017, 4 times internal leakage had taken place, which has a great influence on the long period stable operation of the device. The necessary mainte nance measures are made through the analysis of the causes, and the long term and stable operation of the unit is ensured.
