摘 要:为确定离层注浆技术中离层层位和离层量,分析覆岩中离层发育的机理,应用梁式力学模型构建了覆岩离层量的计算公式,分析得出某矿3309工作面覆岩离层带为四层,离层量从下至上依次为2.75 m、2.49 m、2.01 m和2.57 m。设计注浆钻孔,并采用岩芯取样、钻孔摄影和物探三种方法对覆岩注浆后充填粉煤灰的分布情况进行分析,综合三种观测方法可以看出覆岩离层层位和离层量与理论计算结果高度吻合。说明该方法判断覆岩离层层位和离层量正确可行。In order to make bed separation horizon and bed separation amount clear in the abscission layer grouting and in order to analysis the mechanism of bed separation development in overburden experiencing,constructing a calculation formula about bed separation amount based on beam mechanical model. Getting a conclusion that there are 4 bed separation above 3309 lower working face by theoretical analysis. From the bottom to the top,bed separation amount are 2. 75 m,2. 49 m,2. 01 m and 2. 57 m respectively. Designing grouting bored and then analyzing distribution of filling coal ash after grouting in overburden experiencing through rock core sampling,drilling photography and geophysical prospecting. Putting three method together,we can find out that bed separation horizon and bed separation amount is highly consistent with theoretical calculation results. All these facts illustrate that this way is right to make bed separation horizon and bed separation amount clear.
