摘 要:中能煤矿二采区南翼地质条件复杂,受断层构造影响围岩破碎,给巷道支护带来极大困难。为解决破碎围岩巷道支护难题,提出了注锚架组合承载壳支护原理。通过采用高强锚杆强化支护技术、超前预注浆固结破碎顶板技术和U型钢棚支护形成岩巷支护的刚性承载壳。现场观测表明,支护方案取得了理想的支护效果,巷道掘出10 d后围岩活动开始减弱,围岩变形速度不断减小;20 d后围岩活动趋于稳定,巷道基本无变形,支护效果满足了矿井安全生产需要。The geological condition of the south wing is complex,and the surrounding rock is broken with the fault of the two mining area of Zhongneng Coal Mine. Large difficulty exists the roadway supporting. In order to solve the problem of roadway support in fractured surrounding rock,the supporting principle of combined support shell with anchor pile is put forward. The rigid supporting shell of the rock roadway support is formed by strengthening the supporting technology of the high strength bolt supporting system,the pre grouting consolidation broken roof technology and the U type steel shed support. The field observation shows that the support scheme has achieved the ideal support effect. After 10 days,the surrounding rock activity begins to weaken and the deformation speed of the surrounding rock decreases continuously; the surrounding rock activity tends to be stable after 20 days,and the roadway is basically unchanged. After supporting the roadway in the fractured surrounding rock area,it effectively solves the deformation problem of the roadway and meets the needs of mine safety production.
