摘  要:由于小卫星技术的快速发展,以及LEO卫星相比传统的GEO卫星具有低时延、低传播损耗等优点,宽带LEO星座卫星通信系统逐渐成为当前卫星通信领域的发展热点之一。当前,世界许多国家和卫星通信公司都在制定宽带卫星通信系统方案。针对我国的现实需求,通过链路计算,比较不同通信仰角下为满足终端速率要求所需的卫星实现复杂度,提出了建设高仰角的宽带LEO星座卫星通信系统设想,利用STK和Matlab模拟软件,仿真了One Web系统星座的传输特性,相关成果对建设我国自主的宽带LEO星座卫星通信系统具有一定的参考与指导意义。Due to the rapid development of small satellite technology and the advantages of LEO satellite with fairly low delay and propagation loss as compared with the traditional GEO satellite, the broadband LEO constellation satellite communication system gradually becomes one of the most important hot-spots in the field of satellite communications. Many countries and satellite communication companies in the world are formulating their projects of broadband satellite communication system. In view of China's actual demand, with the aid of link budget and by comparing different communication elevation to meet the terminal rate requirement of satellite, the idea of building high elevation LEO constellation satellite communication system is proposed. The transmission characteristics of OneWeb constellations are simulated with STK and Matlab software, and some results are of guiding and reference value for the construction of China's independent broadband LEO constellation satellite communication system.
