再生剂对热再生混合料性能影响研究

摘　　要：采用两种再生剂,对不同RAP掺量下再生沥青性能、再生混合料性能进行了研究。结果表明:再生剂、新沥青均可软化旧沥青,旧沥青老化严重时,应一起使用;LAS试验更适用于评价沥青疲劳性能;MIST试验适用于评价再生混合料抗水损害性能;再生剂对混合料性能影响与RAP掺量有关,旧沥青混合料老化严重时,RAP掺量应不大于15%。The performance of regenerated asphalt and recycling mixture were tested at diffirent RAP content using two kinds of recycling agent. Result shows that both regenerant and new asphalt soften old asphalt, and they should be used together when old asphalt aged seriously. LAS test is better to assess the fatigue performance of asphalt, and MIST test is suit to assess the anti - water damage performance of recycling mixture. Regenerant impact mixture perfomance associated with RAP content, and RAP content should less than 15% when old asphalt aged seriously.
