摘 要:PHM系统是实现视情维修的关键技术之一,是提高飞机自主保障的重要途径,PHM系统虚警率高的问题是实际应用中需要解决的关键问题;复杂环境下,PHM系统监测点的测试不可靠是引发PHM系统虚警的重要根源;针对此问题,采用不确定理论研究PHM系统中的测试不确定度,并建立测试不确定优化选择模型,在期望值准则和乐观值准则下,将不确定优化选择模型,转化为带有专家信度的确定性优化选择模型,并通过实例给出了不确定优化选择模型的建模和求解过程。The PHM is one of the key technologies of condition maintenance,and is also an important way to improve the automatic logistics.The false alarm problem is one of the key problems in practical applications.The unreliability of test point is the key cause of PHM false alarm.In order to solve the problem,the uncertainty theory was introduced during the research of test uncertainty degree.And the optimal uncertain test selection model was built.Under the expected rule and optimal rule,the optimal uncertain test selection model was transformed to the certainty optimal model with expert's belief degree.At last,an example was given to illustrate the molding and solving process.
