摘 要:聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料是中国北方渠道衬砌防冻胀中应用效果较好的一种保温材料,材料性能会随运行时间的长短而发生改变。为了探讨其变化规律,从已运行了27a的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板防冻胀渠道中现场采样,并进行了性能检测,结果表明,其绝大多数性能会随着工程运行而减低,其中关键的导热系数升高了60%以上,但吸水率不会超过标准规定值,能够满足工程防冻胀长期使用的要求。Rigid Extruded Polystyrene Foam Board is a kind of thermal insulation material with good effects when applied in frost heaving prevention of canal lining in the north China,and its performance change with time.In this paper,the performance test of Rigid Extruded Polystyrene Foam Board which has been used for 27 years in northern Shanxi,was carried out,the results indicate that majority of performance indicators decreased along the time,in which the critical coefficient of heat conductivity rose by over 60%,however the water absorption rate will not exceed the standard specified value,and it can meet the requirements of the long-term use of the project to prevent frost heaving.
