浅谈特殊工种提前退休对铁路工务系统职工的影响

摘　　要：随着我国社会保险制度的不断进步完善及社会保险法的公布实施,已执行了30多年按特殊工种办理提前退休的制度受到了社会现状的严重考验。对铁路工务系统中属于特殊工种范围的线路工和桥梁工来讲,是否按特殊工种办理提前退休手续也是让职工左右为难。论文从1999年以前铁路行业统筹时特殊工种人员退休基本养老金的待遇与1999年移交地方统筹后退休基本养老金的待遇对比,对从事特殊工种职工是否提前退休进行了简单分析并提出了相关的建议。With the continuous progress and perfection of social insurance system in China and the promulgation and implementation of social insurance law, the system of early retirement according to special type of work, which has implemented for more than 30 years, is seriously tested by the current social situation. In terms of the route workers and bridge workers in the railway engineering system that belongs to the special types of work, it is difficult for the workers to decide whether to go through the advance retirement procedures according to the special types of work. The paper compares the treatment of the retirement basic pension for the special type of workers in the railway industry before 1999 and the treatment of the retirement basic pension after handover to the local co-ordination in 1999, and then makes a simple analysis on whether the workers engaged in the special type of work should retired in advance and put forward relevant suggestions.
