摘 要:为提高粉煤灰综合利用附加值,论文采用GB/T176-2008《水泥化学分析方法》测试了粉煤灰化学成分,以KF为活化剂提取粉煤灰中硅、铝源作为分子筛合成主要原料,按照一定配比,补足原料,采用微波水热合成法,制备了ZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、SEM、BET表征手段对ZSM-5分子筛微观结构、比表面积和孔结构特征进行分析。结果表明:粉煤灰以Si O2和Al2O3为主要成分;以粉煤灰为主要原料成功合成了结晶度高,晶粒尺寸0.5~1um的ZSM-5分子筛,比表面积为339.249m2/g、孔径大小3.696 nm,属于介孔分子筛。In order to improve the added value of the comprehensive utilization of the fly ash, the paper adopts the GB/T176-2008"Method for Chemical Analysis of Cement"to test the chemical composition of fly ash. Using KF as activator to extract silicon and aluminum source from fly ash, and they are used as the main raw materials for molecular sieves. According to certain ratio, complementing the raw materials, and adopting microwave hydrothermal synthesis, the ZSM-5 molecular sieve is prepared. The microstructure, specific surface area and pore structure of ZSM-5 molecular sieve are analyzed by characterization means of XRD, SEM and BET. The results show that the fly ash is mainly composed of Si O2 and Al2 O3. Taking the fly ash as the main material, ZSM-5 molecular sieve with high crystallinity and grain size 0.5~1 um is synthesized successfully.The specific surface area of which is 339.249 m^2/g and the pore size is 3.696 nm, and it belongs to mesoporous molecular sieve.
