摘　　要：目的探讨血培养联合血清降钙素(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测对重症产褥感染患者诊断准确率的影响。方法选取78例产妇作为研究对象,均行血培养和血清PCT、CRP检测,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,比较单独检测与联合检测对重症产褥感染患者的诊断准确率、敏感度、特异度。结果联合检测与单独检测对重症产褥感染患者诊断敏感度比较无显著差异(P>0.05);联合检测对重症产褥感染患者诊断特异度、准确率显著高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论血培养联合血清PCT、CRP检测可提高重症产褥感染患者诊断特异度、准确度。Objective To investigate effect of blood culture combined with serum detection of procalcitonin （PCT） and C reactive protein （CRP） on the diagnostic accuracy of patients with severe puerperal infection. Methods A total of 78 puerperae in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All of them were tested by blood culture, and serum detection of PCT and CRP. Clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were regarded as gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of separate and joint detection for patients with severe puerperal infection were compared. Results No significant difference were seen in sensitivity of joint and separate detections for severe puerperal infection（ P 〉0.05）. The diagnostic specificity and accuracy of joint detection were higher than the separate detection（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Blood culture combined with serum detections of PCT and CRP can improve the diagnostic specificity and accuracy of severe puerperal infection.
