建昌黑山羊类固醇21-羟化酶基因部分序列的多态性研究

摘　　要：本试验以建昌黑山羊母羊血液DNA为样本,采用PCR-SSCP技术研究类固醇21-羟化酶基因第八外显子在建昌黑山羊中是否具有多态性,并分析其与产羔数的关联性。试验结果显示:该基因片段的电泳图像呈现三根条带,各样本之间图像无变化。初步表明该基因外显子在建昌黑山羊中不存在多态性,与母羊的产羔数也没有直接关联。DNA samples in blood of female Jianchang black goats were collected in this experiment toresearch the eighth exon in steroid 21-hydroxylase genes if it had polymorphism by PCR-SSCP technology,and the relationship between the gene and litter size had been analyzed. The result showed that electrophoret-ic image of the gene segment had displayed three stripes and images of all samples had no changes. So ithad indicated that there wasn忆t polymorphism in exons of the gene,which had no relatationship with the lit-ter size.
