摘　　要：近年江南运河苏南段连续出现历史高水位,洪涝问题突出,成为流域防洪的重点,本文梳理了这一区段的治理过程,对治理方案、效益和影响进行了说明,对发生问题的原因从降雨特征、城市大包围建设等方面进行了分析,对治理的对策进行了探讨。In recent years, the Jiangnan Canal has become the main focus of flood prevention of the river basin as it continuously experienced historical high water levels. With summary of flood control actions in this area, explanations are made on the planning, benefits and influences. The reasons of the problems are examined regarding precipitation pattern and construction of flood defense structures surrounded the city, together with discussions on countermeasures.
