摘  要:中医气血理论认为,气能生血。因此,血不足者可补气以生之。这一理论在临床上得到了广泛的应用,并取得了确切的疗效。代表性方剂如当归补血汤。而对于单味补气药的生血效果如何,何者为强,何者为弱,生血的机制又为何?尚缺乏细致研究者,故笔者选取具有代表性的黄芪、党参、西洋参进行初步探讨。另外根据前期研究成果,初步印证一氧化氮(NO)与中医的气具有一定的对应性,故以NO为主要研究对象,探讨气生血的机制。The theory of qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine holds that qi can generate blood.Therefore,blood deficiency can be made up by reinforcing qi.This theory has been widely applied in clinic and has achieved definite curative effect.A representative prescription is Danggui Buxue Decoction.What is the effect of a single herb for tonifying qi,what is stronger and what is weaker? What is the mechanism of blood generating? There are still few detailed researches on those problems so this paper selects Astragalus,Codonopsis pilosula and Panax quinquefolium for initial investigation.In addition,according to the previous study,it is preliminarily confirmed that nitric oxide(NO) has a certain correspondence with qi.So NO is the main research object and the mechanism of qi generating blood is discussed.
