责任制护理对儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗副作用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨责任制护理对儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗副作用及远期疗效的影响。方法选取本院非霍奇金淋巴瘤儿童患者162例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用责任制护理,比较2组患儿化疗不良反应发生情况、生存质量及远期疗效。结果干预组头晕头痛、恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻的不良反应发生率分别为25.9%、14.8%、4.9%显著低于对照组的53.1%、28.4%、12.8%(P<0.05);干预组生理功能、社会功能、角色功能以及情感功能方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者1年、3年总体生存率以及1年、3年无瘤生存率均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论责任制护理能够有效改善儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗不良反应症状,提高患者生存率。Objective To explore effect of nursing on chemotherapy-related adverse reactions and long-term curative efficacy in children with non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Methods A total of162 children with non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma who were treated in our hospital were randomly assigned into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine care and the intervention group took responsible care system. The occurrence of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions,survival quality and long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as headache,nausea and vomiting,and abdominal pain and diarrhea in the control group were 53. 1%,28. 4%,and 12. 8%,respectively,and were 25. 9%,14. 8%,and4. 9%,respectively,in the intervention group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Physiological function,social function,role function,and emotional function in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. One-year and three-year overall survival rate and one-year and three-year diseasefree survival rate in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Responsible nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions in children with non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and improve the survival rates of patients.
