摘 要:根据工艺条件,设计研究了连续螺旋折流板换热器的传热与阻力特性,并与传统弓形折流板换热器进行了对比。采用连续螺旋折流板换热器,特别是对于压力损失有严格要求的工况,通过提高壳程的流速,可以使总传热系数提高30%以上,同时可以降低壳程的阻力损失,提高换热器的使用寿命。According to the process conditions,a continuous helical baffle heat exchanger was designed and its thermal conduction and thermal resistance characteristics were researched,and it was compared with the conventional segmental baffle heat exchanger. Adoption of continuous helical baffle heat exchanger,especially for the operating conditions that have strict requirements for pressure loss,can make its overall heat transfer coefficient improved by more than 30%,and can reduce the resistance loss of the shell side so that the service life of the heat exchanger is extended.
