摘 要:板壳式换热器的强化传热在于其板片的结构。以一种新型波纹板为研究对象,建立流体流动模型,利用FLUENT流体力学软件,分析特定工况下不同参数的凹凸结构对波纹板传热性能的影响。结合模拟所得相应的温度场及压力场云图,分析当凹凸结构参数发生改变时,波纹板内介质流动及传热情况,运用软件后处理器得出凹凸结构参数与波纹板压降及传热系数关系曲线,直观地反映出凹凸结构参数对波纹板传热性能的影响。本研究为板壳式换热器的强化传热与设计提供了参考,同时可以指导实际生产,具有一定的工程实际意义。The enhanced heat transfer of corrugated plate lies in the structure of its plate. By taking a new type of corrugated plate as the research object,the fluid flow model was built,and the influence of different concave-convex structure parameters on the heat transfer performance of corrugated plate under specific operating conditions was analyzed using the FLUENT software. In combination with the corresponding cloud charts of temperature and pressure field obtained by simulation,the flow and heat transfer of the medium in the corrugated plate when the parameters of concave-convex structure are changed were analyzed,and the relation curves between the concave-convex structure parameters and the heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop of the corrugated plate were obtained using post-processor of the software,which reflect the effect of concave-convex structure parameters on the heat transfer performance of the corrugated plate more intuitively. The present research provides a reference for enhanced heat transfer and design of corrugated plate heat exchangers,can guide actual production,and has certain practical engineering significance.
