摘 要:管壳程筒体与管板整体连接时,连接处是结构不连续的高应力区,当采用弹性应力分析设计方法时,此处的弯曲应力分类是个难点。介绍了一次结构法,ASMEⅧ-1 UHX篇方法以及当量平盖法,对一次结构法和ASME规范方法进行了比较,发现二者是一致的,并归结出3种一次结构。针对算例,采用当量平盖法和一次结构法进行分析,得到相应的应力评定结果,但结果存在差异,对其进行了分析,可为此类结构设计提供一定参考。when the cylindrical shells of the tube and shell sides are integrally connected with the tubesheet by welding,the connection zone is an area of high stress of structural discontinuity. When elastic stress design by analysis is adopted to design this structure,the classification of the bending stress for the zone is a difficulty. Primary structure method,UHX method in ASME Ⅷ-1 and equivalent flat cover method were introduced in this paper. Primary structure method and ASME code method were compared,and it was found that they were consistent,and 3 primary structures were concluded from primary structure method and ASME code method. Equivalent flat cover method and primary structure method were used in the computation example,and the corresponding stress assessment results were obtained,but there were differences between the results,and therefore the reasons were analyzed,which can provide certain reference for design of this type structure.
