摘 要:本文以笔者所在企业生产的R290涡旋压缩机为测试分析样本,介绍了涡旋压缩机的振动和噪声产生机理,研究了涡旋压缩机振动频谱和噪声频谱的相关性,然后对涡旋压缩机曲轴装配体进行了动平衡计算,最后利用有限元分析对涡旋压缩机及其主要组成零部件进行了模态计算,并通过模态试验进行了验证。综合以上措施对R290涡旋压缩机振动和噪声特性进行了综合比较分析,给出了涡旋压缩机减振降噪的设计建议,为涡旋压缩机振动噪声水平的改善提供了参考方案。In this paper,Danfoss R290 scroll compressor for the test sample,introduces the vibration and noise generation mechanism of scroll compressor,the relationship of scroll compressor vibration spectrum and noise spectrum,and then the scroll compressor crankshaft assembly for the dynamic balance calculation,the finite element analysis of scroll compressor and its main components are modal calculation,and is verified by modal test. Based on the above measures conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis of the vibration and noise characteristics of R290 scroll compressor are suggested for the design of scroll compressor vibration and noise reduction,which provides reference for the improvement of scroll compressor vibration and noise level.
