摘 要:大气沉降物中的砷对人体健康和生态环境产生重要影响。目前测定大气沉降物中砷的传统方法较多,但传统方法干扰较大。因此针对大气沉降物样品的复杂性,在样品中加入盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸于电热板上加热消解,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定大气沉降物中砷含量,这样能有效地消除大量有机质对测定结果的干扰,为大气沉降物研究工作提供更为精准的检测数据。方法分析成本低,测定的精密度高、准确性好,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于2.0%,样品加标回收率高于90%。Arsenic in atmospheric sediment significantly affects human health and ecological environment.The traditional methods for the determination of arsenic in atmospheric sediments has problem of interfere with other elements.In view of complex nature of sediment samples,adding hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid to the electrothermal plate can effectively eliminate the interference of many of the organic matter to the measurement results providing more precise data of arsenic content in the atmospheric sediments.The method can effectively eliminate matrix interference;and is low cost,high precision and accuracy with relative standard deviation(RSD)of less than 2.0% and recovery rate of higher than 90%.
