肝病科住院患者对医患纠纷第三方调解的认知研究

摘　　要：目的探究肝病科住院患者对医患纠纷第三方调解认知水平,以促进第三方调解工作的进一步完善。方法选取本院2015年1月至2016年12月肝病科收治的住院患者1639例,对患者进行问卷调查。结果不同职业的患者对第三方调解的认知情况存在差异,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);是否经历过第三方调解的患者对第三方调解的认知情况存在差异,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论肝病科住院患者对医患纠纷第三方调解的认知水平较低,相关部门应重视对医患纠纷第三方调解相关知识的宣传;加强对第三方调解员及调解过程的监督,以保证调解的公正性,增强患者对第三方调解的信任。Objective To explore the cognitive level of third party mediation in patients with liver diseases in order to further improve the mediation work of the third party. Methods A total of 1639 in patients during January 2015 to December 2016 in the hepatology department were selected, and the patients were surveyed by questionnaire. Results There were differences in cognition of third party mediation among patients with different occupations, and the difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）; whether the patients had experienced the third party mediation had different cognition to the third party mediation, and the difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion The cognitive level of third party mediation in patients with liver diseases was relatively low, and thus the relevant departments should pay attention to the propaganda of the third party mediation of the medical disputes, to strengthen the supervision to the third party mediator and the mediation process, so as to ensure the impartiality of the mediation and enhance the patient＇s trust in the third party mediation.
