儿童感染科护患沟通障碍的影响因素与对策探讨

摘　　要：儿童各器官组织尚未发育成熟,机体免疫力低下,容易感染传染性疾病,由于患儿年龄较低加上疾病影响,往往不能准确描述病情,因此,与家长进行有效的沟通十分重要。本研究总结了影响儿童感染科护患沟通的主要因素,包括:护理对象的特殊性、人力配置与社会环境因素、护理人员因素、家长因素、医疗费用等方面,护理人员应转变护理理念、加强巩固专业水平、加强沟通技巧学习,不断提高综合素质,做好与患儿及家属之间的沟通工作,建立良好的护患关系。Children are prone to infectious diseases due to premature organs and tissues and weak immunity. Children patients are usually unable to describe their conditions accurately because of the young age and the impact of diseases, so the communication with their parents becomes very important. This study summarized the main factors influencing the nurse-patient communication in children infection department, including the specificity of patients, human resources and social environment factor, nursing staff factor, parent factor, and medical expense. The nursing staff should improve the communication with children patients and their parents through changing the concept of nursing, strengthening professional skills, and enhancing the learning of communication skills, so as to establish good nurse-patient relationship.
