4R危机管理防控住院患者院内感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨4R危机管理对降低神经内科住院患者院内感染发生率的作用效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月1256例神经内科住院患者作为对照组,采用常规护理管理;选取2015年7月至2017年7月1256例神经内科住院患者作为观察组,实施4R危机管理干预,比较两组患者的院内感染发生率、护理质量评分、平均ICU住院时间、平均总住院时间和护理满意率。结果观察组患者的院内感染发生率为0.96%,低于对照组的6.05%(p<0.05);观察组患者的护理质量总分和护理满意率均高于对照组(p<0.05),而平均ICU住院时间和平均总住院时间均少于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 4R危机管理能够有效提高临床护理质量,降低患者院内感染发生率,缩短患者住院时间,从而提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of 4 R crisis management on reducing nosocomial infection rate in hospitalized patients in neurology department. Methods A total of 1256 inpatients in neurology department from June 2013 to June 2015 were treated as the control group, and received conventional nursing management. Using same method, another 1256 patients in neurology department from July 2015 to July 2017 were treated as the observation group, and received 4 R crisis management. We then compared the incidence of nosocomial infection, nursing quality score, average ICU hospitalization time, average total hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups of patients. Results The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 0.96%, lower than that in the control group（6.05%, p〈0.05）. The total nursing quality score and the satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group（p〈0.05）, while the average ICU hospitalization time and average hospitalization time were less than that of the control group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion 4 R crisis management can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the patients ＇ satisfaction.
