摘 要:目的评估通过LIS信息化的持续改进促进住院检验标本周转时间缩短的可行性。方法在LIS中设置TAT统计监控程序,对标本从采集到报告发出全过程进行分段统计分析,找出不良因素并针对性改进,同时设置预警机制,实施监控预防超时。结果 LIS信息化持续改进后,分析前TAT中位数缩短了13分钟,P90缩短了24分钟,不合格率下降17%;实验室内TAT常规生化项目中位数缩短了13分钟,P90缩短了24分钟,不合格率下降了15%,发光免疫项目中位数缩短了33分钟,P90缩短了5分钟,不合格率下降了1%。结论基于LIS信息化的改进可显著缩短临床医学实验室的TAT时间。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of shortening the turnaround time of inpatient examination specimens through continuous improvement of LIS informatization. Methods The TAT statistic monitoring program was set up in LIS. The whole process of specimen from collection to report was analyzed, and the risk factors were identified and improved, and the warning mechanism was set up to monitor and prevent time-out. Results After the continuous improvement of LIS informatization, the median of the pre-TAT was reduced 13 minutes, P90 reduced 24 minutes. The unqualified rate decreased by 17%; In the laboratory process of TAT, for routine biochemical project the median was reduced 13 minutes, P90 reduced 24 minutes, and the unqualified rate dropped 15%, For luminous immunization projects, the median was reduced 33 minutes, P90 reduced 5 minutes, and the unqualified rate decreased by 1%. Conclusion The improvement of LIS informatization can significantly shorten the TAT time of clinical laboratory.
